Sync Standard Options Include.
- Exclude Staff
- List of Staff to Exclude from Numerik.
- Exclude Debtor Primary Group
- List of Groups to exclude from Numerik.
- Exclude Debtor Secondary Group
- List of Groups to Exclude from Numerik
- Product Group
- Either Product Primary, Secondary, Price Group or a Custom value can be Synced as the Main Numerik Product Group.
- Other Product Groups can be added to the Sales
Default Sales Data
By Default both Sales Orders and Debtor Invoices are synced to Numerik.
- Sales Orders
- Orders have a Pre-fix of “SO-” on the Sales Order Number.
- Sales Orders are Removed from Numerik once they have been Invoiced.
- Part Supply/Invoice of Orders has been integrated.
- Debtor Invoices
- Debtor Invoices have a Pre-fix of “INV-” on the Invoice Number.
Sync Customization
Additional customer groups can be added as required.
Additional Sales Info groups can also be added.
